Unofficial content packs 3.40

The release of 3.40 started a new modding season as well. There is new content in the two mods that have unofficial content packs here:

• Offline Elusives
• OFFLINE MISSIONS MEGAPACK - All Last level Escalations (now includes H1 exclusives) and more

Both content packs were updated. Blame me for all bugs in these versions, and their original modders for everything that works!

If you're here for the mod framework only: I have some exciting changes in the pipeline towards modded contracts that include level changes that are not already in the vanilla game. But I can't promise a release date yet.
