In patient zero after about 30 seconds silent assassin is auto lost.
I can reproduce that. The issue is that you seem to automatically kill a NPC named "Takai Janpu". Possibly IOI left the poor guy out of bounds or clipped within a wall?
Not sure how to fix that without doing mission-specific tweaks, though. I'll have to think about it. Thanks for the report!
