is this mod compatible with Simple mod framework or do i need mod framework because i do have both framework installed. I did use the mod framework to update and apply the mod but it does not appear in game, so i attempted to just put the mod into the Simple mod framework (extracted first) as the files seem to be somewhat similar to other mods in that folder but SMF just does not recognise it and runs a diagnostics forever.
Apologies for this long question but i really am at a loss here, unless mod framework and simple mod framework can not co-exsist.

Use the mod framework, and update it after anything else.
While i might not use it my self, i do feel that the sedative versions of the Antique Syringe and the ICA Pen Syringe could be added to the game
True, but I also did not feel that is necessary. ;)
I feel like an idiot, but I cant figure out how to unlock the items from this mod.
The items should always be unlocked. Update the mods with the framework again. Do you get any error messages in the black window that pops up?
I did not but the items do not appear.
Maybe try removing all other mods?
