Seems like you have to force the game into offline mode.  You can do this by going to Options > Privacy > Opt Out.  (Not sure if there's an easier way.) 

I also installed the offline scoring and clean offline mods which he links to on the main framework page.

First of all, thanks for adding about 150 hours to my playtime in Hitman so far. I love this style of random gameplay.

Is there a possibility to "save" a certain selection of targets so I could replan the mission? Currently i'm just guessing what gear I would normally need, and keep rerolling targets until its possible.

I would love the ability to try and get perfect scores!

I did not find a good solution to allow replanning that works while the game is in offline mode. You can save after the initial cutscene to replay the same mission multiple times, but replanning will cause the whole map to reset, including random target choices.

I actually have another question if you dont mind, I own a Steam Deck and was trying to figure out if I can install this mod on that as well. The problem is, the framework is a .bat and I can't run that on a Linux system. 

Is there a way to get the files themselves after the installation, and copy them to the correct path manually?

It should be sufficient to overwrite packagedefinition.txt with the altered version and to copy all additional chunk*patch*.rpkg files that are created when updating mods with the framework.

I've made quite a lot of edits to your mod. Mainly by adding the ET "bricks" (and a few Escalation "bricks" as well). It works really great and is quite fun.

I'm still testing things out and polishing it a bit. Would you be interested in adding these edits to the main mod? I can send you the files. Do you have discord?

Also, I have a few suggestions/bug reports regarding this mod, but first and foremost, I must say that this mod is just too damn good! It's one of my must have mods. I'm honestly surprised it isn't getting the popularity and attention it so rightly deserves!

On to the suggestions/bug reports: -

1. When starting in a "disguise" location, like palace guard in Dubai, 47 does not start "blended in", but he is just standing there. This immediately makes the enforcers suspicious of you. Can you please remove that "broadcast signals" cutscene (if possible) and just drop 47 in? Or add a "check" to make sure 47 starts "blended in"?

2. Can you please add the seasonal/holiday maps to random targets?

3. Now, this is a crazy idea, but here me out. Would it be possible to have a "random number" of random targets? I personally feel 4 max is a bit too less. Of course, it'd have to be within reason, but it'd be so much fun to be given 8-25 targets to eliminate.

Thanks! I don't have discord, but feel free to share your edits on any publicly available site if you want me to have a look (itch.io, google drive, etc.).

Not sure if an expanded version would fit in with in the main mod, limiting the main mod to only vanilla missions seems cleaner to me. But more random missions as content pack or optional expansion might work well.

1. I'm sadly not aware of a simple way to make the blend in happen while replacing the intro cutscene in a way that works with all locations on all missions. Removing the cutscene would be possible, but only doing it for some intros would likely be a lot of work, as the cutscene is tied to the random selection process.

2. Should be possible, not sure why I didn't include them before. That said, don't hold your breath. No idea if/when I find more time for modding.

3. For me personally, more than 4 is a bit much. At the moment I have no plans to work on that, but I think your idea might technically be possible: the number cannot be totally random, as the mission json needs to have a separate entry for each target, but it might be possible to disable a random number of those entries. 

Seasonal missions are included in the new version 0.5

I could, but that makes the missions quite long. You can test it yourself: to make a single target mission have 5 targets, replace targets=1:i with targets=5:i in both the 1.entity.json file in the raw mission-bricks folder and the corresponding json file in the contracts folder. The framework should do the rest.

Correction: I did not test this while writing and missed two spots. You also need to edit Contract.inc.json and duplicate the line for the last target, then replace args['targets'] < 4 with args['targets'] < 5 and index=3:i with index=4:i. Also replace a few characters in the id,  it just needs to be different from the other objectives. Furthermore, you need to replace 1 with 5 in the corresponding 1.framework.json file for the mission, just besides the 1.entity.json. If you want a mission picture, you also need to add that with the correct number.

I still feel that 5 is too much, though.

I think your upload has a little mistake. Downloading the random target package from this page is a poison package.

Is there a Chinese version of the Terminator mode? The Terminator mode package I downloaded from the page is displayed in French except for the contract title in English. Is there an all-English or all-Chinese version? 

Not yet. I'll take care of that when I'll have some time ! You can find the all-english package in the content pack page.

I played Miami (The Finish Line) and I found a problem with that.

When one of the targets is "Sierra Knox", you cannot kill her.

In the beginning, it shows a picture from her and after that her target icon with red lines around it is unreachable! It is on the map but you cannot go near her! I mean her car does not highlight with red color like a normal mission.

Thanks! It is likely that you can reach her once the race ended, but I will exclude her in the next release.

Thanks. From a quick look, it seems like you replaced the English terms instead of adding French translations. Did you test it?

I will try to fix it myself if you don't send me an update until I release a new version.
